Responsibilities

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Business Manager to play a leading role in the success of the team by supporting the Business Manager in driving sales turnover and market share through the delivery of a consumer-focused culture;

They are accountable for achieving this by;

  • Recruiting, leading, coaching and developing a highly engaged team to consistently deliver Brand expectations on sales and service, operations and product
  • Ensuring the Brand image is reflected through all Brand standards
