Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster - Hiring Now Cenveo | Jersey City, NJ Cenveo is hiring an experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule * $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (3rd shift) * 3rd shift: $1/hr / 11pm - 7am * Training on 1st shift: 7am - 3pm * Schedule is Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, and other requirements What You Need * 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER Qualifications Please refer to the above description.
