Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now Cenveo | Chicago, IL Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule * $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) * 2nd shift premium $1/hr / 2pm -- 10pm * 3rd shift premium $2/hr / 10pm -- 6am * Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 6am -- 2pm * Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed * Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need * 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER Qualifications Please refer to the above description.
