Machine Adjuster Trainee -- Hiring Now Cenveo | City of Industry, CA Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates ready to grow. Pay & Schedule * $21/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) * Training is on 1st shift: 6am -- 2pm * 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm -- 10-pm * 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm -- 6am * Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do * Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers * Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues * Monitor quality and machine performance * Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need * 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience * Strong attention to detail and safety * Basic math and computer skills * Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs * Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER Qualifications Please refer to the above description.
