Machine Adjuster Trainee -- Hiring Now Cenveo | Kent, WA Train to become a full Machine Adjuster in a fast paced envelope manufacturing environment. Great for mechanically skilled candidates ready to grow. Pay & Schedule * $21/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) * Training is on 1st shift: 6:30am -- 2:30pm * 2nd shift premium $0.75/hr / 2:30pm -- 10:30pm * 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10:30pm -- 6:30am * Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed * Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do * Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers * Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues * Monitor quality and machine performance * Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need * 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience * Strong attention to detail and safety * Basic math and computer skills * Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs * Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER Qualifications Please refer to the above description.
