QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and attention to detail
• Experience using tools such as impact wrenches, die grinders, drills, and taps is an asset
• Passion for working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Ability to constantly meet deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy
• Strong organization skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work with others and support the team when needed
• Perform other ad hoc projects as require
• Welding experience is required
• Experience with a paint booth is an asset

This role will be a key asset in the future growth of Orenda. As a General Laborer, your primary responsibility is to efficiently assist in all requested operations and to perform basic labor requirements such as lift and move products. To assist machine operators in cleaning work areas and follow directions from the Plant Manager.
