JOB SUMMARY:

We’re a growing automation and fabrication team looking for a Machine Builder /Machinist who thrives on problem-solving and bringing ideas to life. At Brandelle, you won’t just build machines—you’ll design, assemble, troubleshoot, install and innovate alongside a team that values creativity and precision.
You’ll work with modern equipment, collaborate on custom automation and material handling systems, and tackle challenges with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, and machinist role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
  • Skilled with precision tools, machining processes, and mechanical assembly
  • Solid troubleshooting skills—mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical
  • Positive attitude, able to handle challenges as they arise
  • Team player who can take direction but also think independently
  • Forklift operation experience is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract preferred
  • A certificate of qualification as a Machine Tool Builder and Integrator or Tool and Die Maker or equivalent.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assemble, wire, and align automation equipment, conveyors, fixtures, tooling and robotic systems
  • Perform machining, fitting, and finishing work with accuracy and detail
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and low voltage electrical issues during builds and testing
  • Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and programmers to refine designs and improve efficiency
  • Suggest improvements for machine performance, safety, and assembly processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Support project deadlines with flexibility and ownership of your work
  • Recognize function and relationship of all details within assemblies.
