Strong mechanical assembly skills with attention to detail. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and cabling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts and/or scissor lift. Familiarity with fabrication tools and techniques. Effective communication and teamwork skills. 20% travel is required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical diploma or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly of industrial equipment. Experience in packaging machinery or automation systems is a plus.
