Coordinar soluciones inmediatas junto al equipo de logística. Utilizar redes internas y externas para resolver situaciones críticas. Mantener comunicación con áreas regionales de partes, servicios e importaciones. Dar soporte al área comercial en pedidos por emergencia. Analizar e informar al cliente sobre incidentes ocurridos. Colaborar con equipos en proyecciones de mantenimiento. Participar activamente en iniciativas de EHS, salud y bienestar. Reportar y colaborar en la investigación de incidentes. Requisitos: Grado técnico(a) en las carreras de administración, mecánica automotriz o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en negociación con clientes en áreas de partes y aftermarket. Contar con dominio del idioma ingles a nivel intermedio (indispensable). Habilidades en gestión de pedidos, logística, resolución de problemas y mejora continua.
