Description Job Title: Machine Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift: Week one: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00AM-5:00PM Week two: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 5:00AM-5:00PM Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. - Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings to meet specifications. - Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. - Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. - Document production data and report any issues to supervisors. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus. - Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
