We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within our facility, contributing to the production process and ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
This shift is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm. Training on dayshift is required 6:00am-2:30pm. We are off most major holidays and offer excellent benefits like paid health insurance!

SKILLS

• Read orders correctly.
• Setting heads for the machine to slit the material.
• Support slitting and packaging crew with what is needed when there are no heads to set up.
• Banding material after it has ran.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members.
