Job Details Job Location: DARRAN - HIGH POINT, NC 27263 Helper will know how to do 3-4 jobs effectively. Helper will know how to meet the quality requirements for at least 5 machine centers. Can independently lift 50+ lbs. Check every part removed from machine for quality. Moves loads and cleans machine while setup person or machine operator gets machine ready for next run. Helper must be able to read blue prints, route sheets, and read tape measure up to1/64”. Helper will make an effort to learn at every job that he/she is stationed at. Helper must work to help others around while not off loading parts. The off bearer will be held to 100% accountability for allowing poor quality to pass by them. See that parts are run in order of importance. Keep area of responsibility clean daily. Check quality of every part produced, alerting operator of any quality problems when they occur. Put scrap parts on the bottom of every pallet to make sure that the bottom piece does not get scratched. Move loads for surrounding machines as needed. Stack parts on pallets to prevent damage when being transported to the next work station. See that parts in sets stay in sets. Act as machine operator when operator is absent. Make sure that parts are not scratched, drug or damaged in any way while being stacked off of machine. Must work as part of a team. Qualifications
