Description
 3rd & 2nd Shift Machine Helper    Major Areas of Responsibilities * Manufacture Corrugated Cartons * Assist the assistant operator as needed.  Accountable for machine performance as related to waste, efficiency, quality and uptime objectives.   Primary Objectives * Ensure all company policies are adhered to. (Safety, production, AIB, I.S.O. and quality). * Maintain a clean and safe work area.   Specific Responsibilities of the Job * Assist machine operators with loading materials and monitoring production. * Adhere to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules, hearing and eye protection policies. * Performs various other job duties and projects as assigned. * It is the responsibility of all employees to follow the requirements of their documentation process as defined in the ISO Quality Manual.   Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities * Possess effective interpersonal skills and the ability to follow verbal/written instructions. * Must be team oriented.   Job Conditions & Physical Requirements * Must be able to work in temperature extremes inside facility for several hours continuously. * Must be able to lift 45 lbs. * Must be able to push up to 45 lbs.   Education and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent.
