Role Purpose The Machine Lead owns output, first-pass quality, and execution discipline for an assigned machine. Core Responsibilities Lead operators, loaders, and bundlers on assigned machine Ensure adherence to standard work and quality expectations Perform first-pass QA/QC of finished materials Escalate maintenance and system issues Ensure accurate BYLDPortal reporting Coach operators and enforce safety standards Perform basic L1 troubleshooting Perform heavy lifting (two-person lifts up to 50 lbs each) Does Not Own Production scheduling Maintenance strategy Software configuration Required Qualifications Basic computer and smartphone skills Ability to read and speak English Quality and detail-oriented mindset Bilingual in Spanish preferred Must be able to use and read a tape measure Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while assessing the top priorities Perform basic L1 troubleshooting COMPENSATION PACKAGE: · Annual Salary (commensurate with experience): $60,000 - $72,000 · Competitive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverages · 401(k) retirement savings programs · PTO program for work-life balance · Employee Reimburseables No visa sponsorship available.
