We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer with deep expertise in 3D Computer Vision and Gaussian Splatting. As a key member of our team, you will help build innovative solutions new to Ukraine and to the world. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
  • Deep understanding of Classical CV, SLAM/SfM, Neural Networks, and Optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of CNNs, Transformer architectures (e.g., ViT, SA, DINO), and YOLO, ResNet, etc.
  • Proven experience with Gaussian Splatting - from research to implementation in production environments.
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and high-complexity scenes.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and CUDA.
  • Experience with COLMAP for 3D reconstruction.
  • Proficient with Unreal Engine and Unity for 3D rendering and integration.
  • Experience with Gaussian Splatting tools and platforms, including gsplat (PyTorch , CUDA), Postshot, and capture/editing solutions like Polycam, Luma AI, and Kiri Engine

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for 3D Gaussian Splatting, including dynamic scene rendering and large-scale spatial reconstructions.
  • Build and maintain custom training pipelines for neural networks (CNNs, Transformers).
  • Optimize performance for Nvidia GPU platforms using CUDA and multithreaded programming.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
  • Integrate Gaussian Splatting pipelines with 3D engines and platforms.
