Description:
REQUIREMENTS
Completed higher technical education (FH, University) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and 2-3 years of work experience preferred
Knowledge of developing Python-based applications and web services or frameworks like FastAPI
Experienced in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to build innovative solutions and enhance application functionalities
Proficient in handling structured and unstructured data, relational (e.g. MS SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
Independent, responsible and proactive personality combined with excellent communication and cooperation skills in German and English

Responsibilities:
Development of new technologies with a focus on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
Drive artificial intelligence initiatives (such as Predictive and Generative AI)
Collaborate with the IT team on dedicated generative AI and software development projects
Design and develop cutting edge AI assistants using large language models
Create innovative applications in Generative AI incorporating the latest RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
Independent coordination between clients and all project stakeholders
