• You call the shots on the backlog - You will own and prioritise the GenAI product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into testable requirements for engineering.
• You ship things that actually work -No shaky launches - you make sure everything's tested, validated, and ready for the real world before it goes live
• You coordinate delivery - across business, technology and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• You obsess over what happens after launch -Usage, performance, feedback you're chasing real adoption, not just a shipped feature.
