What you'll doYou'll work directly with clients and your engineering squad to take AI projects from an early idea through to a production-ready MVP.

• Your work will include:Building and orchestrating AI agents to accelerate software and AI development
• Designing and delivering AI proofs of concept and production-ready MVPs
• Developing data pipelines and ML workflows
• Training, deploying and monitoring machine-learning models
• Building and deploying web services and applications in the cloud
• Working with technologies such as Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Azure and modern ML frameworks
• Integrating solutions with existing client systems and infrastructure
• Translating ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions
• Working closely with clients, helping them understand what's possible with modern AI
• Taking ownership of projects and making decisions without waiting for layers of approval

One week you might be turning a messy business problem into an AI prototype. The next, you could be deploying it into a client's production environment.You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it.

• What we're looking forStrong engineering fundamentals3+ years' professional experience building scalable, production-grade software
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Practical experience with machine learning in production
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
• Experience building, deploying and maintaining ML models
• Experience with cloud platforms — Azure is preferred
• Experience with web services and applications
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Strong software engineering practices and an instinct for clean, maintainable code
