The roleYou’ll be the technical lead in a shared-service AI and automation team supporting Cloud Operations. This isn’t a DevOps ticket queue. You’ll set technical direction, design and deliver infrastructure as code, automation and AI agents, and mentor the engineers around you.

• What you’ll be doingDesigning and building AI agents and LLM-powered automation for cloud operations (Azure OpenAI and similar)
• Owning infrastructure as code standards across Azure, with Terraform preferred
• Designing and delivering CI/CD pipelines
• Setting the technical direction for the team and mentoring engineers
• Working closely with the Cloud Ops team to remove manual work at scale

• What you’ll needStrong Azure background
• Hands-on IaC experience you’ve written yourself: Terraform ideally, but Bicep, ARM, Pulumi or Ansible are all relevant
• CI/CD design and delivery (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar)
• Real AI and automation delivery: LLM tooling, agents, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain or similar, ideally in production
• Experience leading technically and mentoring others
