This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Machine Learning Engineer in Indiana (USA). As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will drive the development and deployment of large language model (LLM) frameworks to power diverse AI applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to delivery and optimization of production-ready LLM solutions. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will ensure that AI systems are scalable, performant, and reliable while staying at the forefront of generative AI innovations. This role blends hands-on engineering, research, and mentorship, providing the opportunity to influence technical strategy and accelerate AI adoption across applications. You will also champion best practices in software development, CI/CD, and code quality while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. The position requires both deep technical expertise and a passion for applying AI to real-world challenges.
