As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop intelligent algorithms for advanced multi-sensor detection systems. Working at the intersection of machine learning, embedded software, and sensor technology, you will help transform complex sensor data into reliable real-time detection capabilities. You will collaborate with an international, cross-functional team and contribute to innovative solutions that support demanding real-world applications. Your Responsibilities Develop and optimize AI-based object detection and sensor fusion algorithms Analyze complex sensor data and improve machine learning models Integrate and optimize software for embedded real-time systems Plan, coordinate, and support field tests and system validation activities Contribute to the development of secure and reliable software solutions Improve processes for AI training data generation and model evaluation Collaborate closely with software, systems, and test engineering teams Explore and apply state-of-the-art machine learning and data analysis methods Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field Experience in machine learning, data analysis, or AI-based software development Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++ Experience with embedded software and Linux-based operating systems Knowledge of sensor technologies or multi-sensor systems is an advantage Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g. GitLab, Jira, Confluence) Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style Willingness to travel for field testing and international collaboration Fluent written and spoken German and English We offer you An opportunity to actively shape the future of our globally operating company and further develop your career.
