  • The RoleOwn and scale the GPU clusters that train some of the most demanding generative models being built today
  • Build the distributed training platform the research team relies on every day
  • Hunt down performance bottlenecks across GPUs, networking and storage
  • Run the cloud infrastructure end to end, from networking and access to cost and petabyte-scale data
  • Build the monitoring, observability and automation that keep research moving fast
  • Help take models from research to the real world


  • The Candidate3+ years in infrastructure, platform or cloud engineering, ideally around machine learning
  • Hands-on experience with GPU compute at scale
  • Strong with Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform on a major cloud
  • Strong Python and automation skills
  • An ownership mindset: you would rather run the whole platform than a slice of it


  • Nice to haveExperience with the latest generation of NVIDIA GPU clusters
  • Distributed training of large generative models
  • Observability and CI/CD tooling for ML workflows
  • On-prem or HPC cluster experience
