What it's about

Our clients are IT service providers in the public sector, a regulated environment with high demands on data protection and operational security. There, you'll integrate AI solutions into existing industry solutions: dialogue systems, semantic search, RAG pipelines, agents – all in real-world production environments for numerous users. The project language is German.

A word about remote work, because it's often the first question: Our daily work is primarily remote-first within the DACH region. You'll be on-site occasionally, but the rest of the time you'll work from wherever you work best.

Tasks

• Develop productive data and ML pipelines
• Automating data preparation and model training
• Setting up and operating model serving, including monitoring and alerting
• Integrating ML models into business applications
• Monitor ML models, detect model drift
• Further develop the technology stack and DevOps/MLOps processes.

qualification

You need to bring this with you

The following six points are strict requirements; each one must be verifiable. If any of them are missing, we unfortunately cannot send you to the competition. We prefer to be honest upfront rather than waste your time.

• At least 3 years of experience in CI/CD development
• At least 3 years of experience in Python development
• At least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• At least 3 years of project work in agile development teams
