The Engineering business area at Sigma Connectivity WSI in Stockholm continues to grow. Here, we mainly work on exciting assignments at the client’s site (on-site consulting). Your skills will develop through interactions and work at client companies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Machine Learning or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git version control, and collaborative software development.
Hands-on experience in active learning techniques, dataset analysis, and optimization methods.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on model performance improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Prior work in Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems.
Knowledge of Knowledge Distillation techniques and experience in semantic segmentation tasks.
Experience digitizing handwritten records using AI-based text recognition methods.

Responsibilities

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing machine learning models for real-world applications in different consultant assignments. You will work with our clients as an onsite consultant, where some tasks could be within Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems, enhancement of neural network performance, and implementation of strategies to mitigate class imbalances in datasets. Your experience of CI/CD, version control, and model deployment will be key in ensuring efficient workflow automation.
