THE ROLE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and develop a team of ML and MLOps engineers

• Own delivery, operational performance, and technical execution across the ML Engineering function

• Drive the evolution of machine learning infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and MLOps capabilities

• Contribute hands-on to architecture, platform development, and production ML initiatives

• Help shape the long-term strategy, growth, and maturity of the ML Engineering function
