Analyze data from the perspective of graph structures and ML algorithms Transform and bring together numerous data-sources Write production PySpark code over distributed cloud systems Collaborate with ML scientists and big-data engineers to optimize our graph data-layer Work with customer teams to understand requirements and business value Communicate results and findings to diverse forums including ML scientists, big-data engineers and management M.Sc student from a leading university in computer-science/math/engineering/physics/statistics or related technical field At least three full semesters left until graduation Available for at least a 60% position Background in Python and SQL or another querying language Background and interest in data-analysis (analyzing datasets/tables) Work experience in data-engineering/data-analysis/related is a plus

Responsibilities

The intern will analyze data using graph structures and machine learning algorithms, and write production PySpark code over distributed cloud systems. They will collaborate with ML scientists and big-data engineers to optimize the graph data-layer and communicate findings to various stakeholders.
