Description Manth Manufacturing is a growing modern manufacturing facility of precision machined parts. We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our production machinery (primarily CNC lathes, mills and grind operations), and facilities equipment. The maintenance technician's responsibilities will include helping to design and maintain PM schedules and performing regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all production and facilities equipment. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Include: · Work with plant management to design and maintain a preventative maintenance “PM” schedule for all production and facilities equipment · Perform all preventative maintenance for facilities and production equipment · Performing major and minor repairs on production and facilities equipment (Mechanical and Electrical) · Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machinery malfunctions · Design, fabricate, replace, or adapt parts as needed · Perform related duties as assigned · This position resides at the plant, located in Tonawanda, NY Requirements · 3-5 years diagnosing and repairing machine tools (CNC Lathes and Mills) or equivalent experience · Able to read engineering drawings. blueprints and schematics · Excellent troubleshooting skills · Must possess a high level of mechanical ability and aptitude · Experience with Fanuc controls a plus · Experience with Robots / Cobots a plus · Must be able to work occasional overtime · Strong attention to detail · Ability to communicate and work with others · Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well under deadlines · High School Diploma or GED · Must be able to lift 40lbs

Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for designing and executing preventative maintenance schedules for production and facilities equipment. They will troubleshoot and perform mechanical and electrical repairs on CNC lathes, mills, and grinding operations.
