Key Responsibilities Operate machinery for loading and offloading steel plates. Aid in the preparation and finalisation of steel plate cutting. Maintain a clean work environment, following all safety standards. Provide support to dispatch operations when required. We aim to up-skill the right candidate to a machine operator or crane operator role, so we're looking for individuals eager to develop and advance within the company Afternoon shift: 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday (20% loading) Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday Previous experience or a strong interest in steel cutting. A solid commitment to safety, especially in manual handling. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Familiarity with workshop machinery and tools. Effective in production processes and quality control. Strong communication and organisational skills. Possession of a valid forklift (LF) licence. Willingness to work overtime when required.
