What we expect of you:

• Experienced Machine Operator (preferred but not essential)
• Technical knoweldge and passion for machines.
• Experience in any type of production evironement.
• Ability to understand KPIs and targets.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.

• Permanent, full-time, and weekly paid!
• 42 hours per week
• 4 on, 4 off day shift pattern (07:00 - 19:30)
• £13.20 - £14.40 per hour

What to expect as an AMFRESH Machine Operative:

• You will maintain the smooth running of your production lines, wehere you will decide with your Line Leader if the line can go faster.
• You will ensure that any machine faults are reported promptly to our technical and engineering team.
• You will ensure all operating equipment is clean and safe during shift, and left fit for purpose for the next shift.
• You will adjust equipment, change tools, and prepare materials such as labelling for new products to be processed on the line.
• You will report hourly performance to your Line Leader and suggest better ways of maximising the line’s profit.
• You will report and manage any downtime and changeovers where needed.
• You will highlight any areas of concern.
• You will complete administrative duties such as reports for the Line Leader and Admin team.
