Description Position Summary: Responsible to complete basic machine operations per the Job Packet in accordance with the Safety Policy, Quality Plan, and ISO procedures. Able to package product for shipment or inventory. This is a 2nd Shift position. 2nd shift hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 am, Monday - Friday ($0.70/hour 2nd shift differential provided) Essential Functions: Conform to all safety protocols especially regarding machine operation. Operate machine(s) to manufacture parts conforming to customer specifications and ISO quality expectations. Expected to review daily dispatch list to meet project deadlines based on the production schedule. Input data into ERP software to accurately account for time and parts completed in operations. Operate machine(s) per Job Operations and Work Instructions to scheduled plan. Perform tasks operating at least one machine to: Rewind to specific tensions and footage or piece counts Rewind and inspect, remove, replace, reduce, splice and finish. Slit rolls Die cut Plotter cut Guillotine cut Laser cut Back split Laminate Bend Cuff Thermal transfer print Pick and place electronics Perform other similar basic machine operations. Perform basic set-ups or run jobs set-up by others. Perform preventative maintenance on machines as detailed in Preventive Maintenance Schedules Keep machine and work area clean and organized. Responsible for on-the-job training for new hires, interns, and others Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED Key performance Indicators: Production output ERP data accuracy Quality of output Safety compliance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Mechanically inclined Read, write, count, perform basic math, and measure. Communicate clearly to explain work to his/her supervisor and others in the group. Work effectively with peers. Perform moderate problem solving within assigned tasks. Total compensation: The base pay range below reflects the potential hourly compensation for this position. Compensation will vary based on factors including experience.
