Description
Operate system controls and make minor machine adjustments for various areas of automation as needed, including gantry, ASRS, tote and carton shuttle, carton erectors, stretch wrappers, etc. Perform Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) on equipment Responsible for clearing jams throughout the system Performing quality tests using analytical tools (1 year) Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards Ability to work with a diverse team environment Ability to work in accordance with safety, quality and sanitation standards, policies and procedures Ability to repair minor mechanical issues on machines and systems Experience conducting quality tests and analyzing data Ability to train others and measure effectiveness Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies and guidelines Ability to work variable shifts to support business needs Experience with the GFSI certification schemes (i.e. BRC and/or or SQF).
