OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the machining and manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus.
  • Experience with CAD software (such as SolidWorks) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is beneficial.
  • Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.

  • Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, flexo presses, stamping presses, and press brake machines.
  • Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
  • Assist in materials handling, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
