Requirements Loom Operator / Textile Machine Operator 2nd and 3rd shift available What You'll Do Operate and monitor weaving looms and related textile equipment Replace bobbins and yarn as needed Identify and correct minor weaving issues Inspect fabric for quality defects Keep work areas clean and organized Follow production schedules and safety procedures Work with supervisors and team members to maintain production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and quality standards Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other textile operations Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Regular lifting of up to 20 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with moving machinery, noise, and textile dust Education High school diploma or GED preferred On-the-job training provided Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
