Description Pay Range: $17 - $21/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM Training on the first shift! Benefits after 90 Days: Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Time and PTO after 90 days! Summary: Requires the ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications, or equivalent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operates and adjusts multiple semi-automatic or automatic numerically control machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided and setups are often made and maintained by others Knowledge of operations including drilling, boring, and milling, turning, etc. Recognizes tooling and procedures where tolerances are close, but not difficult to maintain Check parts for conformance to specifications Ability to use measurement devices Ability to change tools, manipulate machine program Requirements Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
The operator is responsible for operating and adjusting semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to execute standard and repetitive sequences of operations using provided programs. This includes checking parts for conformance to specifications and recognizing tooling procedures where close tolerances must be maintained.
