Description Job Title: Total Quality Urschel Operator Reports To: Department Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt 2nd Shift Hours: 2:45pm-11:15pm Overtime required based on production need. $19.00/hour Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties: Other duties may be assigned. Verifies ingredients prior to mixing. Loads ingredients into mixing tank. Starts machine and adjusts valves or devices in mixing chamber to aid in blending and densifying mixture. Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency, and turns lever to unload mixture into totes or bulk tanks. Immediately relays any problems or concerns with product to the Department Supervisor. Cleans and sanitizes mixing tanks, pumps and pipes.
