What You Will Do: * Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting/stopping equipment, safety, and overall product elegance. * Performance of quality checks. * Completes all required paperwork (for example: downtime, HACCP, etc.) * Utilize SAP and SOPs as appropriate. What You Will Bring: * High school diploma or GED. * 5+ years of experience. * Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical activities (Lifting up to 50 lbs., and bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed). * Ability to stand on concrete and work in hot and/or cold temperatures.
