We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines, edge banding machines, and panel saws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining woodworking machinery to ensure precise production of components according to specifications. Attention to detail, safety, and efficiency are key to success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar machine operator role.
• Proficiency in operating CNC routers, edge banders, and panel saws.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

• Operate CNC machines to perform cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping of wood or wood-based materials.
• Set up and operate edge banding machines for finishing panel edges with accuracy and consistency.
• Use panel saws to cut large sheets into specified dimensions as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, production documents, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and troubleshoot issues during production.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies in all machine operations.
• Record production data and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
