Shift Options: 1st: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm $17.33 per hour 2nd: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am $19.33 per hour 3rd: 11:30 pm - 8:00 am $20.33 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday What you can expect: Operate, monitor, and package parts from assigned machines (Typically between 1- 4) Follow all safety and quality procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Inspect, trim, and sort plastic parts using approved tools Keep your workstation organized and clean Collaborate with team members and communicate job status during shift changes Assist in job setup, cleanup, and accurate production reporting Use basic secondary equipment (e.g. sonic welders, assembly tools) Requirements High attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn and work independently, but as part of a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 4+ hours at a time Comfortable working around large machines and using hand tools Has basic reading and communication skills Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Good attendance and reliability "Leave it better than when I found it" mentality
