2025 is an exciting time to join Alliance Employment Group! Alliance Employment Group is a staffing agency specializing in high volume labour recruiting. We are partnered with one of the world’s largest e-fulfillment warehouse builders.
We are currently looking for temporary to permanent Machine Operator role for our client in Bradford!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • High School education.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Hand-eye coordination, Manual dexterity, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure.
  • Working knowledge in metal or any production environment
  • Forklift Licensed preferred not mandatory.
  • Basic computer knowledge would be an asset.
  • Must be a person who can multi-task and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • A high commitment level and a team player who works well with everyone.
  • Quickly able to grasp new tasks and concepts.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Similar experience is an asset.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Follow operation manual to operate machinery.
  • Daily and weekly care of equipment.
  • Check quality of products including materials and finished goods.
  • Prepare all packaging materials.
  • Set up the assigned machines according to the operation manual.
  • Perform all testing/checks while setting up the machine.
  • Communicate with other operating areas and start running the machines accordingly.
  • Maintain quality control checks of codes, seals, and weights.
  • Regular cleaning of associated work area and all the equipment operated after production.
  • Report mechanical failures and repair minor breakdowns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
