JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts is a plus.
• Experience with quality control measures in a production environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and packaging processes will be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

• Operate and monitor machines, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to produce components according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
• Utilize CAD software and SolidWorks for design modifications and machine setup.
• Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Package finished products for shipment while adhering to warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and implement solutions effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
