Description Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively looking for a Machine Operator to run the dryer sheet manufacturing equipment that will include unwinders, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner. This role operates machines that fold both non-woven and paper material and troubleshoots any mechanical issues that occur. Paper converting experience is a plus! Responsibilities: Ensures daily production is meeting schedule requirements. Checks incoming material for quality and quantity. Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules. Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the area. Operates forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods. Requirements Qualifications: 2 years machine operating experience, preferred. Operating experience in converting environment, preferred. Experience utilizing electronic control panels, preferred.
