Hours: Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Rate of Pay: $17/hour with increased overtime pay Job Description: * We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to work with our machinery from setup to operation. This role involves ensuring that machines are set up properly and are operating effectively to produce high-quality products. Some machines are computer-controlled, while others are mechanically based, so versatility and adaptability are key. Responsibilities: * Set up machinery for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct for optimal performance * Operate machinery during production runs, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed * Ensure that machines are running smoothly and producing quality products * Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, performing maintenance or repairs as necessary * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment * Maintain accurate production records and reports as required Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment * Familiarity with both computer-controlled and mechanically based machines * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation Benefits: Ample opportunities for additional work hours beyond regular shifts Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
