The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Machine Operator team of Card Centre performs card personalization of Bank and NETS cards through the card personalization machines. The team ensures the daily required quantities of cards are fulfilled for the different Banks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Prior working experience in production line would have a priority
• Comfortable in shift work and able to work on weekends
• Candidate must be comfortable handling machinery
• Candidate must be able to lift boxes up to 25kg
• Should have basic computer literacy

• Responsible for performing card personalization using the card personalization machines
• Meeting service levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work)
• Planning and coordinating with the entire Production
• Performing stock taking of collaterals
• Other ad-hoc duties
