Job Details Job Location: Wesselman - Cincinnati, OH 45248 Salary Range: $18.50 Hourly Department: Die Cutting Job Title: Chiesa Operator Classification: Non-Exempt, full time Reports To: Area Leader Shift: 1st Shift Hours: M- F 6:15am- 2:45pm Qualifications Department: Die Cutting Job Title: Chiesa Operator Classification: Non-Exempt, full time Reports To: Area Leader Shift: 1st Shift Hours: M- F 6:15am- 2:45pm Job Summary: Chiesa Automatic Die-Cutting Machine Operator will ensure safe and productive operation of the machine. The operator will adhere to the quality, yield, material handling, efficiency, and safety requirements of Sur-Seal. The operator must also strive to meet both internal and external customer expectations, per each job set-up and manufacturing run. The operator may also be required to perform some types of regular machine maintenance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Safe, efficient set-up and operation of machine in the completion of the daily schedule. Understands and uses the Production Schedule Program Understands and follows paperwork requirements per job Understands and follows instructions on job routers. This includes quality, safety, and material handling requirements the customer may have beyond Sur-Seal’s requirements. Understands and strives to meet pph hour requirements per job ran. Know, understand and follow Sur-Seal’s tooling pulling, handling, and storage guidelines. Know, understand, and follow Sur-Seal’s in-process inspection policies for operators. Know, understand, and follow Sur-Seal’s raw material handling policies and guidelines for operators including yield management per each job ran, return of un-used material pulled for a job, reporting suspected non-conforming material Know, understand, and follow requirements for disposition of finished goods per each job ran. Know, understand, and follow Sur-Seal’s Quality and Environmental policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work cell. Know, understand, and complete any machine maintenance requirements that may be expected of the operator. Assist in other areas when requested by Area Leader. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a production floor setting. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities

The Chiesa Automatic Die-Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and productive operation of the machine while adhering to quality and safety requirements. The operator must also perform regular machine maintenance and assist in other areas as requested by the Area Leader.
