Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Operate and maintain conventional, DP, and SPS polishing machines to process silicon products with efficiency and quality. Monitor parameters, perform maintenance, inspect output, and address non-conformities to meet quality standards. Education & Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent for Mass production. For replacement is Senior High School or Tertiary experience. * Preferred: Vocational or technical training at least 2 years in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is an advantage but not required. Skills * Basic knowledge of mathematics and measurements, along with the ability to read and interpret work instructions or technical documents. * Skilled in handling delicate materials and operating polishing machines with precision. * Proficient in machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and running two machines/processes simultaneously. * Capable of identifying imperfections and ensuring high-quality output. * Effectively addresses production issues with a solution-oriented mindset. * Effectively communicates in both English and Tagalog, verbally and in writing, with supervisors and peers.
