What You’ll Do Operate automation equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Inspect components and finished goods using precision tools (calipers, height gauges, torque testers, etc.) Record inspection and testing data to ensure quality standards are met Prepare materials and components for automated production processes Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and changeovers as needed Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements ? What You Bring 3+ years of experience operating machinery Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque testers, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures Basic math skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and support others Ability to stand, walk, and work around machinery for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with automation equipment We believe in transparent and equitable pay.
