MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A MACHINE OPERATOR

Connect Staffing is looking to hire Machine Operators for an aluminum compressed gas cylinder manufacturer in the city of Riverside.
Shift:Monday through Friday 6:30AM - 3PM, Must have availability to work a 6th day depending on production needs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MACHINE OPERATOR:

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Prior experience in metal fabrication, machine operator, manufacturing technician, press operator, sanding machine operator, shipping associate, or warehouse associate is a big plus!

• Operate and set-up machines involved in the manufacture of gas cylinders as assigned.
• Sanding and Palletizing gas cylinders
• Perform routine set-up and minor maintenance work as required.
• Ability to read and understand charts, tables, and various types of measuring instruments
• Previous experience reading measuring tools, including calipers, pie tape and ruler
