Position: Machine Operative
Reports to: Machine Team Leader
Role Overview: Based at our Lurgan site, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are produced to the highest standards, meeting the required safety and quality standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times.
  • Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard.
  • General operative duties capable of movement between departments
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
  • Maintaining quality control throughout all areas of production
  • Working on various machines including Presses/Guillotines/Saws

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

  • Previous experience working machines.
  • Previous experience working on production line.
  • Must have worked in a busy, high output manufacturing environment.

  • Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays, and high workloads.
