Job Details: Schedule - Saturday-Monday Hours - 8:00PM - 8:00AM Pay - 20.45/Hr. Plus 2.00-hour shift premium This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson Policies and procedures. Tasks This position is responsible for maintaining the workflow by following standard operating procedures design to effectively operate a 4-million dollar blasting unit. This position requires the use of a hand-held scanner for temperature recording during the In/Out blast process and throughout the day to successfully complete the required tasks. Must have the ability to multi-task in order to perform Put Up, De Slat, log blast times into the computer, complete QFR daily paperwork, ensure documentation accuracy. This position also requires coordinating or leading other crew members at time to achieve daily goals. Additional tasks are receiving blast product, left line export management, ensuring zones are loaded correctly and start/stop zone times. Must communicate effectively with all levels of management and hourly team members. Computers skills are a must have. Requirements: Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must have 1 year of forklift driving experience. Prior Tyson workers must complete a 365-day rehire wait period before being considered for the role.
