Start Immediately Closets by Design a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position(s) of Manufacturing Associate. Job Responsibilities: We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools. Understanding company product lines, machinery and assembly standards. Follow quality and safety standards. Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule. Understand daily cut lists. Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor. Personal Requirements Will train to use woodworking equipment and hand tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team oriented Quality conscious Honest and reliable Day shift: 6:45am-3:30pm Able to stand 8 hours Able to lift 45 lbs $15.00 to $15.00 an hour with an addition $4.00 an hour incentive program after training.
